Job summary

LUCKEE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a reliable Kitchen Crew for our casual dining restaurant in Karekami (Orchard- Tangs). The role involves preparing and cooking food to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

You will work as part of a dynamic kitchen team, ensuring timely service and adherence to food safety guidelines. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or kitchen crew preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills essential.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Kitchen Crew – Casual Dining Restaurant

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Karekami (Orchard- Tangs)
Reports To: Operation Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable kitchen crew to join our casual dining restaurant kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and presentation standards.


• Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently and served on time.


• Keep workstations, kitchen equipment and cooking areas clean and organised.


• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.


• Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.


• Assist with cleaning and closing duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or kitchen crew is preferred.


• Candidates without experience but with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.


• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.


• Good teamwork and communication skills.


• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.


• Able to work weekends and public holidays.


• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety is an advantage.
