Job summary

YTL Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic KitchenCrew for both part-time and full-time roles in our city-area kitchen and lounge.

You will prepare breakfast items, restock lounge snacks, and ensure quality and presentation throughout service. Candidates with 1–2 years experience and good English/Chinese are welcome; strong teamwork and reliability preferred. Morning and lounge shifts from 6:30am–2:00pm and 1:00pm–10:00pm available; training provided and strict hygiene

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items/lounge snacks.
• Get all ingredients and cooking items ready before service begins.
• Replenish buffet food and restock lounge snacks and beverages.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation during service.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, egg station, and buffet areas; maintain hygiene.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Commence work at 6:30am to 2:00pm (morning) or 1:00pm to 10:00pm (Lounge Service).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Replenish buffet food/restocks lounge snacks and beverage items to ensure continuous availability.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, egg station and buffet areas and hygienic.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• The successful candidate is required to commence work at 630am to 2pm (morning shift)/1pm to 10pm (Lounge Service)
• Performing other duties as assigned.
