Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled culinary professional for Wolfgang's Steakhouse standards.

You will prepare mise en place and ingredients according to recipes, work across stations, and uphold hygiene and safety protocols. We require at least 2 years of culinary experience, prefer steakhouse background, and you must be a good team player willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Culinary experience is required (Prior experience in a Steakhouse setting is advantageous)
• A good team player who works well with others
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place according to Wolfgang's Steakhouse standards
• Prepare ingredients and follow recipes provided
• Work exclusively and be highly specialized in various stations in the kitchen
• Ensure that established hygiene and safety procedures are enforced
• Cultivate and maintain a healthy restaurant environment
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Chef
