Job summary

Bistecca Restaurant, a World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurant, is hiring a Senior Chef De Partie to support the head chef and lead junior team members in preparing ingredients and maintaining hygiene in a fast-paced kitchen. You should have at least 3 years of related experience, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist head chef and lead junior team members in preparing and organizing ingredients & products for the menu.
• Assist head chef and lead junior team members in maintaining good practice of hygiene.
• Assist head chef and lead junior team members in following and maintaining SOPs.
