Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking team members to join our growing kitchen team for a dynamic hospitality client. The role covers food preparation, cooking and plating according to recipes and standards.

We value applicants with F&B or kitchen experience, basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Shifts, weekends and public holidays may be required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• F&B or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation and portion consistency.
• Prepare ingredients and workstations before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Monitor ingredients and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
• Minimise food wastage and follow proper portion control.
• Assist with kitchen opening, closing and cleaning duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with stocktaking, deliveries and other kitchen duties when required.
