Job summary

KSTAR Entertainment PTE. LTD. is hiring a Kitchen Crew for Orchard Road, Singapore. No prior experience required as full training will be provided. Join a fast-paced F&B environment and contribute to high standards of food safety and service in a team setting.

Working location is Orchard Road; shifts run 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, six days per week. Training will cover cooking basics, hygiene, and operation of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Positive, outgoing and service-oriented.
• Good team player; responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of food according to established recipes; full training provided.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking while maintaining quality and safety.
• Ensure consistent food quality and dining experience for customers.
• Keep kitchen, workstations and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow personal hygiene, grooming and dress code standards.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and Front-of-House teams for smooth daily operations.
• Assist with inventory, stock receiving, storage and rotation.
• Monitor stock levels and inform team of shortages.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

KITCHEN CREW

Working Location: Orchard Road, Singapore

Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook a variety of food products according to established recipes and standards. Full training will be provided.
• Handle food preparation and cooking while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and hygiene.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served consistently to provide customers with an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, workstations and equipment at all times.
• Adhere to personal hygiene, grooming and dress code standards.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with the Kitchen and Front-of-House teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, storage and stock rotation.
• Monitor food supplies and inform the team of any shortages or replenishment requirements.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Basic cooking skills, particularly in preparing bar food and deep-fried items, will be an advantage.
• Positive, outgoing and presentable with a service-oriented attitude.
• A good team player who is responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and take initiative when required.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• No prior experience required - candidates without experience are welcome to apply!
• Candidates with relevant kitchen or F&B experience will have an added advantage.
