Job description

Work location: Tanjong Pagar, 5 minutes from the MRT.

Operating hours: Monday - Friday, closed on Sunday and public holidays.

Hiring both part‑time and full‑time crew.

Part‑time Service: Permanent lunch shift (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.).

Part‑time Utility Hand: Permanent lunch shift (11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).

Part‑time Kitchen Crew: To be discussed.

Full‑time: 5‑day work week, salary negotiable.

CPF deductible and monthly salary payment in accordance with MOM regulations.

Duties

• Plating, dishing out and presentation of food
• Basic cutting and cooking meat, vegetables for mise en place
• Cleaning and washing where required
• Kitchen Utility Hand
  • Washing pans, cutlery, crockery
  • Be able to handle heavy pans and cookware
• Service Crew
  • Promotion of menu to customers
  • Awareness and understanding of Italian cuisine and food
  • Setting up tables, clearing tables
  • Clearing plates, serving food

Work Environment

• High speed, fast‑paced and accurate service
• Small space, limited seating, fast turnaround necessary
