Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (Full Time) at Tai Seng, Singapore.

The role covers day-to-day kitchen operations in a central kitchen, including plating, cooking, mise en place, and maintaining food hygiene standards. Working Monday to Saturday with a 1 hour break; PH off in lieu is provided. Candidates should have 1–2 years of kitchen assistant experience and be able to stand long hours with attention to stock taking and dispatching tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of kitchen assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Central Kitchen.
• Plating food for counter service.
• Cooking and mixing rice.
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place.
• Replenishing required ingredients.
• Cleaning and washing all used service/kitchen tools, equipment and workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness & food hygiene standards.
• Basic Knife Skills.
• Able to stand long hours.
• Able to read so can assist in stock taking, stock receiving and dispatching.
• Handle day-to-day kitchen operation i.e. Cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning.

Monday - Saturday, 1 hour break 6am- 5 pm

Capped at $ 3300

If working on PH, off in lieu will be given
