Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is sourcing a Kitchen Assistant (Full Time) for Tai Seng in Singapore. You will support day-to-day kitchen operations, plating for counter service, rice cooking, mise en place, stock replenishment, and routine cleaning while upholding hygiene standards.

Work hours are Monday to Saturday, 6am–5pm with a 1-hour break. The contract offers a monthly cap of SGD 3,300. Prior 1–2 years in kitchen assistance is required; in lieu will be provided for PH when applicable.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of kitchen assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Central Kitchen
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Maintain cleanliness & food hygiene standards
• Basic Knife Skills
• Able to stand long hours
• Able to read so can assist in stock taking, stock receiving and dispatching
• Able to handle day to day kitchen operation ie (Cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning)
