Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a part-time Kitchen Assistant to support central kitchen operations in Tai Seng. The role involves plating, cooking and mise en place, with day-to-day tasks following SOPs and handling stock taking as needed.

Qualifying candidates have 1-2 years of kitchen assistant experience, can stand long hours, and maintain food hygiene standards. Regular hours are Monday to Friday with 30 minutes break.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of kitchen assistants experiences

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Central Kitchen
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Maintain cleanliness & food hygiene standards
• Able to read so can assist in stock taking, stock receiving and dispatching
• Able to handle day to day kitchen operation ie (Cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning)
