Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice to support our kitchen team at Orchard/Raffles Place (TBC). This role involves assisting with food preparation and ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 per month with training provided. Working days are 5 days, 9 hours. Training provided and opportunities to learn under senior chefs in a growing concept restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept)
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
