Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice to support daily food preparation and production at Orchard/Raffles Place. The role offers structured training and 5 working days per week with two shift options (11:30am-9:30pm or 9am-7pm).

Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to 3,500 monthly, with emphasis on maintaining high food quality, safety, and hygiene across the kitchen workspace. Training will be provided upon joining the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production.
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes.
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
