Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is sourcing a Kitchen Apprentice to assist with food preparation and production at Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC).

The role runs five days a week with shifts starting in the late morning and finishing in the evening, offering hands-on training and exposure to high-quality kitchen operations. Training will be provided, and you will support senior chefs in preparation tasks while helping maintain food safety, hygiene, and efficient service at the self-order

Qualifications

• Training provided to learn kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.
