Job summary

RAW TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee assigned key accounts and collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient administration and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate sales activities, maintain records, and generate reports while supporting various internal departments to facilitate shipments. The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with MRP systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales or related roles with targets met/exceeded.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with sales management software and MRP systems.
• Analytical mindset to generate insights from reports and data.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with products/parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and adjustments.
• Update and maintain the MRP system, BOM lists, and inventory management.
• Track and monitor customer sales orders and outstanding delivery orders.
• Perform general administrative tasks: filing, records, and a tidy workspace.
• Generate reports for management and customers with insights and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, operations) to coordinate shipments.
• Take on ad hoc duties and projects with a proactive approach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
