Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Administration professional to provide timely support to the sales team across order processing, invoicing, documentation, and reporting. You will liaise with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and customers to ensure orders are accurate, delivered on time, and records updated in SAP.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales administration or related roles, strong English communication, and proficiency with SAP, BI, and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years related experience in sales administration and logistics.
• Proficiency with SAP, BI and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely administrative support to the sales team and process sales, invoices and orders.
• Prepare complex sales documents, quotes, proposals, and maintenance agreements.
• Report statistics and track orders, deliveries and payments.
• Coordinate with material planning, manufacturing, engineering, finance and logistics.
• Serve as single point of contact for key customers on order management.
