Entegris is seeking a Contract Business Operational Support / Inside Sales to coordinate order fulfillment, forecast, PCNs, returns, and action items across Customer, OEM, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Quality teams in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating order fulfillment, expedites, and cross-functional activities.
• Proactive communicator with strong collaboration across teams.
• Advanced ERP/CRM tools experience (SAP/Salesforce/BI).

Responsibilities

• Act as operational focal point for OEM and customer accounts; support Account Managers.
• Coordinate orders, shipments, and supply issues; expedite critical items.
• Monitor forecast, PCN management, returns, and quality escalations.
• Prepare dashboards and reports; maintain data accuracy in SAP/CRM.
