Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Contract Business Operational Support / Inside Sales to coordinate order fulfillment, forecasting, PCNs, returns, and escalations across OEM and strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to ensure excellent customer experience. Key duties include monitoring orders, expediting critical items, consolidating forecasts, and supporting business reviews with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating order fulfillment and customer-facing processes.
• Proven ability to liaise between multiple internal teams and customers.
• Strong numeric and data-interpretation skills with ERP/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational focal point for OEM and customer accounts.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, expedites, and delivery updates.
• Consolidate forecasts and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate PCN activities and handling of lifecycle changes.
• Manage returns, quality escalations, and reporting dashboards.
