Qualifications

• College degree or above.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably within the chemical industry
• Excellent communication and time management
• Capable of managing multiple accounts and handling escalated cases simultaneously
• Comfortable with occasional overtime and short period business travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Support key account managers to maintain customer relationships and enhance engagement.
• Handle internal sales to capture ad-hoc demand through available business channels.
• Process orders, maintain sales orders, and manage basic RFQs with guidance from the account manager.
• Utilize ERP systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle) for data entry and order tracking.
• Respond promptly to customer quotes, orders, inquiries, and invoicing issues professionally.
• Record and enter accurate product names, batch numbers, and specifications.
• Coordinate with plant production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure availability and timely shipments.
• Communicate proactively with external customers and internal operations.
• Coordinate customer complaints with relevant areas.
• Set priorities to support business directions.
• Learn quickly to respond to simple customer inquiries about products and services.
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs and orders to Sales.
