Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote general hardware products, including PPE and safety items, to customers.
• Visit customers regularly to present in-house products such as safety shoes.
• Manage key accounts by building relationships and resolving issues.
• Negotiate major deals to secure favorable terms and maximize revenue.
• Set revenue quotas and develop actionable plans to meet market goals.
• Report progress and sales performance to the manager in a timely manner.
• Adapt working hours flexibly to meet customer and business needs.
