Job summary

ACE SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Sales) to drive sales growth by engaging with the existing customer base and strengthening relationships with re-sellers in PPE and safety footwear.

The role combines sales initiatives with customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma in business or related fields, 2+ years in sales or marketing, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales, communications, or marketing (advantage).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Possess business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media platforms (advantage).
• Must have Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license; company vehicle provided if needed.

Responsibilities
