Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive Sales Support Specialist to strengthen customer relationships and drive account performance. You will assist Key Account Managers, process orders, manage inquiries, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining accurate data and delivering timely quotes and responses.

The role requires a Diploma or degree and at least 3 years in customer service or sales support in chemical/manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, sales support, or order management, preferably in chemical/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers to maintain customer relationships and drive account performance.
• Provide internal sales support to capture ad hoc opportunities through existing channels.
• Manage daily order processing, order maintenance, and basic RFQ preparation.
• Use ERP systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle) for order and customer management.
• Respond promptly to quotations, orders, inquiries, and invoicing issues.
• Maintain high data accuracy for product descriptions, batch numbers, and specs.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and resolve customer complaints with relevant departments.
• Prioritize tasks to support business objectives and directives.
• Develop knowledge of products/services to address inquiries and provide solutions.
• Provide updates on customer requirements, order status, and market needs to Sales.
• Maintain a professional, organized office environment with good housekeeping.
