Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical/chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial sales (refinery/petrochemical/chemical).
• Experience in after-sales service of gas compressor/rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities for full range of services including valve services, spare parts & components, field services, repairs, engineering, revamps and upgrades, monitoring & diagnostic solutions, training.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Manage and develop sales agents by setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements to recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and travel within the assigned territory to support business development.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, application support, and customer training.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure effective support and project execution.
