Job summary

WKS Industrial Gas Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Indoor Sales professional to nurture and expand our gas and welding division accounts in Singapore. You will respond swiftly to inquiries, assist walk-in customers, and process sales and purchase orders while coordinating with suppliers.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or equivalent, with practical experience in industrial sectors being an advantage. The role requires willingness to work in the West area and on alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in industrial sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing accounts and engage with customers in gas and welding divisions.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and attend to walk-in customers.
• Issue sales orders and purchase orders; liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate turnaround times with production and technical teams.
• Manage cylinders inventory using asset tracking system.
• Bridge communications between customers and the company.
• Assist in business development and participate in projects and exhibitions.
