Job summary

ONE SEVEN CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Singapore seeks an Account Representative to manage international customer accounts and support the field sales team. You will drive revenue growth across an established customer base, coordinating with logistics, finance and technical teams to meet delivery commitments.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales support and a solid background in ERP and CRM systems. Proactive outreach, accurate quotation handling, and strong negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inside sales, internal sales or sales support.
• Experience in a B2B hydraulics environment preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in ERP (prefer SAP) and CRM systems, plus MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for international customers via phone and email.
• Prepare quotations for hydraulic components, systems and services through to a decision.
• Identify new sales opportunities and upsell within existing accounts.
• Enter and process orders accurately and communicate backlog and delivery timelines.
