Job summary

CRYSTAL WINES PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic sales professional to distribute wine to hotels, restaurants, clubs and retailers. You will identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with customers to meet revenue targets.

Applicants should have 3+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset. Hybrid work setup with travel opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: GCE A Level or Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in related field with proven track record.
• F&B or wine industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Wine distribution to designated areas within hotels, restaurants, modern bars and clubs, wine retailers and membership clubs.
• Identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Maintain and developing strong business relationships with customers.
• Execute sales responsibilities in building a customer base to achieve or exceed revenue budgets.
• Ensure customers' satisfaction with our services.
• Proper follow up of key customers and existing assigned accounts and maintain close relationship with key decision makers.
• Coordinate events and market visits with distributors

Requirements

• Min GCE 'A' Level or Diploma
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field with proven track record
• Candidate with F&B related experience and knowledge of wines will be an advantage
• Possess excellent judgement, analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and sales-orientated with business acumen
• Able to work in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm, resilience and commitment to meet the challenges of the role
