The Shortlist is partnering with an international premium homeware business in Singapore to recruit a leader for its Singapore retail operation. You will own and grow accounts within department stores, oversee the in-store promoter team, and ensure every store sells, looks, and performs at its best.

Qualifikationen

• Retail sales experience in Singapore preferred.
• Experience with key department store accounts and premium brands is a plus.
• Able to lead promoters and in-store teams to hit targets.
• Strong relationship-building with buyers and store management.

• Own and grow sales across department store accounts.
• Lead in-store promoters: scheduling, training, coaching, and recruitment.
• Drive sell-through, stock productivity, replenishment for consignment models.
• Provide promotions, demos, launches, and regular store visits for execution excellence.
• Deliver sales, margin and inventory reporting with forecasts and recommendations.
