Sealy Asia (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic retail sales lead in Singapore to drive performance across a network of displays and counters. You will coach sales consultants, ensure top-tier customer service, and coordinate promotions with logistics and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, English proficiency, and a results-oriented mindset in a branded consumer goods environment. Prior showroom or department store experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A degree in sales and/or marketing.
• 2 years' experience in the sales and marketing of consumer goods.
• Retail background, preferably in branded goods.
• Experience with retail counters in department stores or big-box retailers.
• Experience managing sales consultants or promoters.
• Strong command of English; highly motivated and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage sales consultants to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional service, including house visits to address inquiries.
• Manage duty rosters to ensure store staffing levels are optimal.
• Maintain store standards and presentation of displays.
• Coordinate with logistics and marketing to ensure timely deliveries and promotions.
• Assist with planning, setup, and coordination of store events and promotions.
