You will lead a high-performing team, oversee recruitment and training, maintain VM standards, and build lasting relationships with VIP clients to boost retention and loyalty. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in luxury, premium, or high‑end fashion/lifestyle brands preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of daily store operations and ensure brand SOPs are followed.
• Drive store sales targets and KPIs through analysis, forecasting, and action plans.
• Manage budgets, costs, profitability, and labor efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Singapore retail regulations.
• Maintain VM standards per global/regional guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team; foster inclusive culture.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Provide product knowledge and luxury service training to elevate clienteling.
• Build relationships with VIP clients to drive retention and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries professionally to uphold brand experience.
