Sealy Asia (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic retail sales lead in Singapore to drive performance across a network of displays and counters. You will coach sales consultants, ensure top-tier customer service, and coordinate promotions with logistics and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, English proficiency, and a results-oriented mindset in a branded consumer goods environment. Prior showroom or department store experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A degree in sales and/or marketing.
• 2 years' experience in the sales and marketing of consumer goods.
• Retail background, preferably in branded goods.
• Experience with retail counters in department stores or big-box retailers.
• Experience managing sales consultants or promoters.
• Strong command of English; highly motivated and results-oriented.

About you

• A degree in sales and/or marketing.
• 2 years' experience in the sales and marketing of consumer goods.

• Experience working for companies with retail counters in department stores or big-box retailers, or experience managing showrooms.
• Experience managing sales consultants or promoters.
• A strong command of the English language would be an asset.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Sales experience in the mattress or furniture industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong people skills.
