Job summary

Sealy Asia is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop sales consultants, ensure outstanding customer service in a retail environment, and coordinate promotions and events to drive business growth. You will oversee store operations, staff scheduling, and presentation standards to attract customers and deliver strong sales results.

Ideal candidates have a degree in sales/marketing, 2+ years in consumer goods marketing or retail, and proven leadership with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in sales and/or marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer goods.
• Retail experience, preferably with branded goods or managing retail counters in department stores, big-box retailers, or showrooms.
• Experience managing sales consultants or promoters.
• Sales experience in the mattress or furniture industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer interactions and team leadership.
• Proficiency in English to support effective communication in customer service and team coordination.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong people skills.
