Job summary

SINHUA HOCK KEE TRADING (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Associate to plan and execute monthly targets in the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue with retail partners and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

You will manage the sales process from lead generation to post-sales support, monitor market trends, and collaborate on promotions while ensuring strong market execution and growth of key accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management, specifically within the FMCG or food sector.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly targets.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to post‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and manage the Advertising & Promotion budget for specific accounts to ensure ROI.
• Ensure Market Execution, Strategic Account Growth and Monitor Planogram.

1. Key Qualifications & Experience

• Education: MinimumN Level above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: At least1–3 yearsof experience in sales or account management, specifically within theFMCG or food sector.

2. Core Skills & Competencies

• Relationship Management: Skilled at maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with existing retail partners
• Communication: Strong interpersonal,negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectivelyis often preferred to serve a diverse client base.
• Technical Proficiency: Experienced withMicrosoft Excel for tracking sales targets, inventory, and performance reporting and MS Dynamic an Advantage.
