Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a recruitment coordinator to support blue-collar hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offers, while partnering with hiring managers on role requirements and timelines.

You will also handle onboarding coordination, maintain candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors, contribute to employer branding, and leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially for blue-collar roles.
• Ability to liaise with operators and technicians regularly.
• Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS.
• Open to using AI tools to improve sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Job description

Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Basic Salary: $3200

The candidate will need to be comfortable supporting HR recruitment activities for blue-collar associates and be confident in liaising and communicating with operators and technicians on a regular basis.

Job Scope:

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

• Partner hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.

• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).

• Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies.

• Use automation (e.g., scheduling tools, templated communications, workflows) to improve recruiter productivity and candidate turnaround time.

• Support implementation and adoption of digital TA tools (e.g., ATS enhancements, dashboards, chatbot solutions).

• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale hiring processes through technology and continuous improvement.

• Contribute to building AI-enabled TA playbooks (e.g., sourcing templates, workflow best practices)
