Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage establishment as a chef.
• Friendly disposition and good communication; able to work in a team.
• Ability to learn menus and recipes and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef; run daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistency in work performance and knowledge of menus/recipes.
• Maintain stock and ensure proper food handling and storage.
• Ensure quality control and presentation per company recipes.
• Monitor inventory, portion control, and waste to protect margins.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and risk-management practices.
