Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sommelier to deliver exceptional wine service in a dynamic dining environment. You will guide guests in wine selections, propose food pairings, and assist in maintaining an immaculate wine list and cellar operations.

Ideal candidates have a passion for wine, strong communication and customer service skills, and the stamina to work a fast-paced F&B setting, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in wine service preferred.
• Passion for wine and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional wine service and recommend suitable wines.
• Assist guests with wine selections, food pairings, and beverage recommendations.
• Support Head Sommelier in maintaining wine list, cellar organization, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines per standards.
• Open, decant, and serve wines using correct service techniques.
• Conduct regular stock checks, receive wine deliveries, and maintain inventory records.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards while maintaining guest service and teamwork.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time

• Open, decant, and serve wines using correct service techniques.
• Conduct regular stock checks, receive wine deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards while maintaining exceptional guest service and teamwork
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
