RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to support tendering and contract documentation for government projects.

You will measure quantities from drawings, assist the project team with variations, progress claims and cost control, and carry out site valuations to ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and possesses hands-on experience in tendering, cost estimation and substantiating claims.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in tendering for government projects is preferred.
