Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage contract administration from start to final accounts and handle project claims.

You will coordinate with the QS team to ensure timely payment collections and prepare tenders, quotations, progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in QS/Civil Engineering/Building/Construction Management and has 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering/building

Qualifications

• Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in QS/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management
• Minimum diploma holder/ degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or QS Consultancy in Civil Engineering & Construction industry

Responsibilities

• Handle project claims
• Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage
• Working with a team of QS to ensure timely payment collection
• Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations, subcontractors' payments
• Co-ordination with project personnel and clients for pre and post contract matters above
• Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/Higher Management
