The role involves assessment of progress payments to subcontractors and suppliers, preparation of progress claims and variation orders to clients, and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Ideal candidate holds a degree in QS, Civil Engineering or Building, and can meet tight deadlines while working

Qualifications

• Degree in QS, Civil Engineering or Building.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation.
• Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers.
• Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client.
• Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers.
