Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects. You will monitor expenses, identify savings, and prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders as part of the project team.

Based at Tampines project site, you will negotiate with contractors, manage procurement, conduct risk assessments, and ensure cost control and value for money across active contracts,

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management.
• Experience with Gas Systems, Process Piping, M&E, Semiconductor, or EPC projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects
• Monitor ongoing expenses and identify potential savings
• Produce progress reports for clients and stakeholders
• Manage contracts and procurement
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money
• Conduct risk assessments and method statements
• Perform cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency and safety
• Liaise with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities
