Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to manage tender, costing, and contract documentation in Singapore. You will support the project team with variations, claims, and cost control, while measuring quantities from drawings and carrying out site valuations.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree, is prepared to start immediately, and is available for a Monday-to-Friday schedule with standard office hours in a good working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• Working hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm.
• Immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Tender Government Projects.
• Prepare quotation, sourcing for quotations.
• Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost.
• Measuring of Quantity take off from drawings.
• Carry out site valuation.
