Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, costing and budgeting for residential and commercial projects.

You will perform quantities take-offs using Glodon and other take-off tools, prepare and review supplier quotations, and evaluate sub-contractor bids to secure competitive prices while maintaining quality standards. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QS experience with main contractor
• Experience on residential or commercial building projects
• Proficient in tendering, costing and budgeting processes
• Ability to source supplier quotations and evaluate bids

Responsibilities

• Handle tender drawing and requirements
• Carry out quantities taking-off, estimation and costing for tender and projects
• Prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist early stage budgets and detailed cost planning
• Source supplier quotations for tender costing and review sub-contractor bids
