Job summary

Transglobe Interior Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a junior Quantity Surveyor to assist in cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for residential and commercial fit-out projects.

You will take-off quantities, prepare BOQs, source quotations, help with cost control, and verify subcontractor payments while collaborating with project managers and site teams. Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or degree in QS or related field preferred, with good Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, building, construction management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and interior fit-out works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Take-off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Support in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in project cost control, tracking variations, and progress claims
• Prepare and verify subcontractor payments and claims
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and site teams
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts and project records
