Job summary

Greeen Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor support to assist pricing, budgeting, and tender processes. You will prepare quantities for pricing, source quotations, and coordinate with designers and contractors.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin language ability is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. The role requires initiative, meticulousness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant internship experience a plus.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantities for pricing and ensure budget accuracy.
• Manage and source quotations; follow up with contractors.
• Lead tender and quotation preparation and submission.
• Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate client and designer requirements and scheduling.
• Source new subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare renovation submission documents.
• Understand renovation phases and schedule for designers, sales, contractors.
