Job summary

TRANSGLOBE INTERIOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, budgets, tendering, procurement and contract matters for interiors projects in Singapore. You will ensure projects stay within budget and achieve strong commercial results.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of QS experience in construction/renovation or interior fit-out, with strong costing, negotiation and Excel skills, able to work independently across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QS experience.
Experience in construction, renovation or interior fit-out projects.
Good knowledge of costing, tendering, procurement and contract administration.
Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Prepare project budgets, cost estimates and cash flow projections.
Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities (three quote practice).
Prepare tender documents, BQ and procurement requirements.
Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs, progress and expenditures.
Manage Variation Orders (VO), claims and progress payments.
Prepare cost reports and final accounts.
Work closely with Project, Procurement and Site Teams on cost-related matters.
Guide and support junior QS team members.
