Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a junior Quantity Surveyor to carry out all aspects of quantity surveying, including take-off measurements and monthly progress claims.

You will handle cost estimation, subcontract procurement, and both pre- and post-contract administration, with coordination among main contractors and suppliers.

Candidates with higher secondary or college level and up to 3 years' experience are welcome; junior executive in QS or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College.
• Preferably 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying which includes taking off measurement and monthly progress claim
• Price comparison and prepare subcontract agreement
• Cost estimation and payment response to subcontractor
• Call quotation and sub-contract procurement
• Handle pre and post contract administration
• Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
