Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional for a 6-month contract. You will manage end-to-end procurement, source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and governance.

You'll advise internal requestors, coordinate with departments and suppliers, and help drive process improvements while analyzing spend trends. The role is based in One North and offers a short-term contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in logistics/supply chain/ business administration or relevant field.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement process, preferably in government/public sector.
• Proficient in Excel and E-Procurement Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process with stakeholders across departments.
• Work with internal departments to understand needs, source suppliers, evaluate quotations and manage contracts.
• Advise on procurement procedures to ensure compliant purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to explain processes and manage expectations.
• Support audits and governance by reviewing findings and recommending improvements.
• Analyze spending patterns and consolidate purchasing demand while driving workflow improvements.
