Job summary

A local IT support company in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic individual for an IT Support role. You will assist with basic network setups, provide support for Windows and macOS, and troubleshoot common IT issues. • Location: Near Bendemeer MRT
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,500

Job Duties

• Assist with basic network setup (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Provide basic IT support (Windows & macOS)
• Troubleshoot common IT issues (internet, email, printers, PCs/Macs)
• Support Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace tasks
• Perform on-site and remote IT support
• Follow instructions from senior engineers and document work done

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills (especially macOS/ Apple devices) with good attitude and communication
• Basic networking knowledge or IT-related qualification is a plus
