Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site IT support technician to troubleshoot client platforms and provide Level 1–2 support to end users in a hospital setting. You will respond to incidents, implement resolutions, and support platform upgrades on site.

The role requires an IT qualification and knowledge of hardware, OS, and remote connection tools. Vaccinations will be required to comply with healthcare policies.

Qualifications

NITEC / Higher NITEC in IT or related technical discipline.
Knowledge of hardware, OS and remote connection tools.
Willing to work in a hospital environment and be vaccinated for healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve client platform issues.
Provide Level 1–2 onsite technical support to end users.
Respond to incidents with investigations and resolutions for escalated cases.
Provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Handle service requests related to client platforms.
Monitor service levels, document configurations, and report to stakeholders.
Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
Manage platform implementation and upgrades.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks relevant to scope of work.
