Job summary

VEOLIA ES SINGAPORE INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle for designated business units in Singapore.

You will work closely with line managers to implement HR policies, drive workforce planning, and deliver practical HR solutions, while ensuring compliance and a positive workplace culture. You will lead recruitment, onboard new hires, support performance processes, and contribute to engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Interest in Talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Proven capability in leading recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, JobsBank).
• Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations.
• Experience partnering with the business to meet recruitment needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for assigned BUs, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, benefits, time management, attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and guidance to hiring managers.
• Partner with line managers to support workforce planning and policy interpretation.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations with coaching for managers on compliance.
• Support annual HR cycles: performance appraisals, calibration, talent management, learning, and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics; propose improvements to HR programs.
