Job summary

Unity Casket Funeral Planner Pte Ltd is hiring a Junior Finance Assistant in Singapore. The role requires meticulous, responsible individuals who can work independently or with a team to support partial accounting functions including AP/AR, invoicing, and GST preparation.

You will use Info-Tech Accounting Software to process transactions and maintain records, handle bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate filing systems. Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Basic understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation and GST.
• Experience with Info-Tech Accounting Software will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good team player with effective communication skills.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
