Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated Level 1 End User Computing (EUC) Support professional to join our IT support team. The role provides first-line technical assistance to end users, supports hardware and software setup, and performs basic troubleshooting.

You will assist with user account management, password resets, and work within IT service management processes to log, track, and close incidents.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support or desktop support.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 apps.
• Basic knowledge of user accounts and access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 / first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or tickets.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
• Assist with hardware setup, installation, configuration, and deployment.
• Install and configure basic software applications for end users.
• Support issues related to Windows, Office apps, network connectivity, and peripherals.
• Create and manage user accounts and access permissions per procedures.
• Assist with password resets and account unlocks.
• Log, track, update, and close incidents using the IT ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or specialists as needed.
• Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, and user requests.
• Follow IT support procedures, security guidelines, and escalation processes.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to all users.
• Assist with other EUC-related activities as required.
